This Piece Part MBOH Agreement ("'Agreement"'), is entered into as of August 1, 2003 by and between Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation a Delaware corporation, with its Administrative office located at 4430 Director Drive, San Antonio, Texas USA 78219 ("'Seller"'), and UNITED AIR LINES, INC., a Delaware Corporation and Debtor-in-Possession, with its principal office in the Township of Elk Grove, State of Illinois ("'United"').
