This Severance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into, as of February 27, 2017, among Pioneer Natural Resources Company, a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (“Employer”) and Timothy L.
