Staff has reviewed the IS/MND for the project and finds that it addresses all potential impacts associated with the extension of water and fireflow to the project site, and recommend that the board adopt Resolution No. 8404, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Marin Municipal Water District Certifying Review of the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Casa Buena Townhomes Pipeline Extension Agreement, Applicants Ryder Homes of California Inc. (Attachment 5).
