These terms and conditions comprise an agreement entered into by you (“You” or “Merchant” or “Client”) and Pitney Bowes Inc. (“PBI”) for Your access to and use of Pitney Bowes Delivery Guarantee program, which is made available to originating facilities within the United States as agreed upon by You and PBI (email communication being sufficient) (“Facilities”). Please carefully read these terms and conditions, and related agreements with PBI, including but not limited to Framework Agreement and relevant Statements of Work, which are all incorporated herein in their entities (collectively, “Agreement”). By accessing and using services described hereunder, You are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. If You do not wish to participate in this program, please email PBDClaims@pb.com.
