This Pitney Bowes IntelliJet Maintenance Agreement (this “Agreement” or “EMA”) is made and entered into as of the day of 2015, by and between Pitney Bowes Inc., through its Document Messaging Technologies Division ( “Pitney Bowes” or “PB”), having a place of business at 37 Executive Drive, Danbury, Connecticut 06810-4148, and (“Client” or “ ”), having a place of business at 300 Richards Run, Burlington, NJ 08016, parties also entered into the IntelliJet Sales and License Agreement, dated , 2015 (the “IntelliJet Agreement”).
