WHEREAS, AWEGO and the City Public Art Commission (PAC) have selected Christine Knapp to create an elk doe and two calves which will be displayed within the roundabout located at Kimball Avenue and Heritage Road in the City of Golden for use as public art and which is more specifically described or depicted on Exhibit A hereto attached; and
