(“Starion”) is an electricity supplier licensed by the Delaware Public Service Commission (“PSC”) to offer and supply electricity in the State of Delaware (Certificate No. 12-418). Customer understands that Starion is not affiliated with or representing the Electric Distribution Company (“EDC”) or the PSC. The prices Starion charges are not regulated by the PSC. You understand that you are not required to choose Starion as your electric supplier.
