At the June 23, 2022 meeting of the College Savings Plans of Nevada’s Board of Trustees, Victory Capital Management Inc. (“Victory Capital”) proposed that: (i) the USAA Growth Fund should be removed as an underlying USAA® Mutual Funds in the Portfolios containing the USAA Growth Fund, (ii) the USAA Nasdaq-100 Index Fund should be added to certain Portfolios, and (iii) the underlying allocations of equity to fixed income to cash should be adjusted. The Board approved these proposals.
