Ridgewood Avenue, Port Orange, Florida 32127 and MASONOVA, LLC a Florida limited liability company f/k/a MASONOVA LTD, a Florida limited partnership, the record title property owner of the shopping center parcel (“Shopping Center Parcel Owner” or “Developer”) whose address is 5111 S. Ridgewood Avenue, Port Orange, FL 32127, hereby agree and covenant, and bind their heirs, successors, and assigns, as follows:
