This PLANNING FUNDING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 200_, by and between the City of Overland Park, a municipal subdivision of the state of Kansas (“Incumbent”), having an address of 12400 Foster, Overland Park, KS 66213, and Nextel Operations, Inc., a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Sprint Nextel Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Nextel”) having an address of 2001 Edmund Halley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. Nextel and Incumbent may be referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties.”

Fast Track does not require anything different when submitting your Request for Planning Funding (RFPF) – rather, it allows licensees, whose RFPF submissions meet certain guidelines, to secure planning funding faster.
