This license agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Arcana Development, LLC (“Arcana Development,” “us,” “we”) for your use of the Plant Scheduler software (the “Software”), which includes the computer software and any associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation distributed together or identified as being part of the Software, plus related services. The Software also includes any updates and supplements to the original Software provided to you by Arcana Development.
