THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of August 2011, by and between the Wall and Ceiling Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) on behalf of Individual Employers who have authorized said Association to represent them, and other Individual Employers signatory hereto (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Employer”) and Golden Gate Lodge of Plasterers’ and Shophands’ Local Union No. 66, O.P. & C.M.I.A.
