These Platform General Terms & Conditions shall apply to and supplement any End User License Agreement entered into between a Subscriber and CorreggioNET DMCC (jointly referred to the “Parties” or CorreggioNet DMCC referred to as “Correggio”) for access to the CorreggioNET (“CN”) regulatory compliance platform available at www.correggionet.eu. Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in clause 17.
