This PLATFORM LICENSE AND MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT is effective from the date these term are accepted online (the “Effective Date”), between Betapond Ltd, t/a StitcherAds, having an address at Arclabs, Carriganore, Waterford, Ireland (“StitcherAds”) and you (“Client”) and sets forth the terms and conditions under which StitcherAds will provide Client with (i) the use of StitcherAds’ advertising platform; and,
