PLAYVOX MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENTPlayvox Master Subscription Agreement • February 1st, 2023 • Delaware
Customer’s access to, and use of, the Services (the “Agreement”). This Agreement shall be effective on the earliest of (a) the date Customer clicks a button indicating its agreement with the terms of this Agreement, (b) the date Customer enters into an Order Form or other ordering document incorporating the terms of this Agreement, or (c) Customer’s use of the Services (the “Effective Date”). In the event of a conflict, the terms of an applicable exhibit, attachment, addendum, or Order Form prevails over the terms in this Master Subscription Agreement. If Customer has a separate written agreement executed with Playvox, the terms of this Master Subscription Agreement will not apply.
