This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of November 16, 2000 between COLORADO SATELLITE BROADCASTING, INC., a Colorado corporation (“CSB” or “Network”), with offices located at 5435 Airport Boulevard, Suite 100, Boulder, Colorado, 80301 and COMCAST PROGRAMMING, a division of COMCAST CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 1500 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19102-2148 (“Affiliate”).
