Weber, as Trustee of the Pak-It Members’ Trust, (the “Secured Party”), 310 Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation, (the “Company”), John Bordynuik (the “Affiliate”) and Anslow & Jaclin, LLP the escrow agent for the Affiliate and Secured Party (the “Escrow Agent”).
