A PMLL is a private limited company that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Music Publishers Association (“MPA”), established to enter into centrally-negotiated licences and other agreements on behalf of Music Publishers in respect of the reproduction and other exploitation of printed music, and to collect and distribute the income from such licences and other agreements.
