Who Can Sign this Agreement: Producers and podcasters whose budget and/or expected monetization for a podcast season exceed $10,000. Monetization may include any income generated from advertising, subscriptions, or other fees. Producers of podcasts with lower budgets/monetization who wish to have more flexibility or want to make Benefit Plan contributions may also use this agreement.
