This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (defined below) by and between Clearwater Marketing Group, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company doing business as Podiatry Content Connection (“Company”) and the undersigned subscriber (“Subscriber”).
