This Pohl Recreation Center Membership Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the University of North Texas Recreational Sports Department and the undersigned Pohl Recreation Center User (“User”). All members of the Rec Center and guests are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the facility policies.
