The Terms shall be a binding legal agreement between Poit Pay LLC, incorporated under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with its registration number 1120 LLC 2021, having its registered address at: First Floor, First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building, P. O Box 1574, James Street, Kingstown, St. Vincent & the Grenadines (the “Company”) and you, a natural person, user of PoinPay website and/ or mobile application (the “User” or “You”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
