Background/Historical Context: In accordance with this agreement and N.C.G.S. 163- 129, the New Hanover County Board of Elections has utilized specific schools as voting places during elections. Voting places included in this agreement were modified due to construction improvements, and the new agreement will reestablish College Park Elementary as a voting place.

Background/Historical Context: In accordance with this agreement and N.C.G.S. 163- 129, the New Hanover County Board of Elections has utilized specific schools as voting places during elections. A Polling Places Usage Agreement was approved by the Board of Education at their meeting on July 9, 2019. Since then, the New Hanover County Board of Election has requested an additional site, Sunset Park Elementary School, be added. The attached usage agreement is for Sunset Park Elementary School.
