I, have read and understand the pontoon boat rental policies and agree tothe following provisions for the rental and use of the Brandermill Community Association (BCA) pontoon boat. I also understand that my reservation will only be honored if I am a Brandermill Resident in Good Standing. 1. The Pontoon boat id for the use of the Brandermill residents, BCA Commercial residents and their guest. 2. Groups are limited to a maximum of 12 guests. 3. Pontoon ride are rented for a period of only of two hours. 4. No alcoholic beverages can be served without a ABC License, a copy must be provided to the BCA prior to the event. 5. Residents and guests are expected to behave in a responsible manner. The pontoon captain is responsible for theoperation of the boat and has the authority to terminate a rental for offensive conduct which threatens the safety of the passengers.
