On the first part, the AUTHORITY FOR TRANSPORT IN MALTA, an entity duly formed and established by law under the laws of Malta, having its offices situated at the Malta Transport Centre, Xatt l-Għassara tal-Għeneb, Marsa MRS 1917, Malta, represented hereon by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr XXX, holder of Maltese Identity Card number XXX, who is duly authorised for the purpose in accordance with the provisions of the Authority for Transport in Malta Act (Chapter 499 of the Laws of Malta), hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”;
