This Agreement, effective as of February 22, 2024, is made by and between FactSet Research Systems Inc. (“FactSet”), and Guggenheim Funds Distributor, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (“GFD”), as sponsor to the Blue Chip Multinationals Portfolio, Series 26 (collectively, the “Trusts”).
