The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the City of Davenport, Iowa (hereafter referred to as “City”) through its Riverfront Improvement Commission (RIC) to establish an exclusive alcohol beverage contract for Quinlan Court. The length of this contract will be one-year. Successful Vendor MUST provide service for all scheduled events for the duration of the event taking place in the venue per Project Manager.
