This Amended and Restated Power Purchase Commitment Authorization (“Authorization”) is made and entered into as of , 2022, by and between MICHIGAN PUBLIC POWER AGENCY (“MPPA”), a public body corporate and politic of the State of Michigan, created pursuant to 1976 PA 448 and Holland Board of Public Works (the “Participant”).
