WHEREAS the Owner owns certain lands within the geographic limits of the Municipality and has received approval from the Municipality for a draft plan of subdivision on the lands;

AND WHEREAS the Owner proposes to develop a new municipal watermain, sanitary sewer, stormwater works and utilities to service the Lands set out in Schedule “A”;

AND WHEREAS the Owner has executed a subdivision agreement as authorized by By- Law 2020-105 and an amending agreement dated May 1, 2021 with respect to those lands in Plan 3R-10474 being part of Plan M-79 (together, the “Subdivision Agreement”)
