PREAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AGREEMENTPreauthorized Credit Card Processing Agreement • February 10th, 2020
I/we authorize Rocky View Water Co-op Ltd., and the credit card designated (or any other credit card I/We may authorize at any time) to begin deductions as per my/our instructions for quarterly regular recurring payments and/or one-time payments from time to time, for payment of all charges arising under my/our Rocky View Water Co-op Ltd. account(s). A One Time Charge will be processed within two business days of the date this signed form is received by Rocky View Water Co-op Ltd. Regular quarterly payments for the full amount of services delivered will be charged to my/our specified account no earlier than the 21st and no later than the 30th day of the month following the billing date for recurring charges. Rocky View Water Co-op Ltd. will obtain my/our authorization for any other one-time or sporadic charges.
