This Agreement, which incorporates DJFZ’s standard terms of business, governs all transactions relating to Precious Metals Transactions, in as much as they support the hedging of physical precious metals (each a “Transaction”) between DJFZ and the Customer. This Agreement and the terms and conditions contained therein and the Annexes attached to this Agreement supersede and replace the terms of any previous written agreement between DJFZ and the Customer.
