This FIRST AMENDED PREFERRED PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (this “First Amended Agreement”) is entered into as of November 1, 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between Interleukin Genetics, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address of 135 Beaver Street, Waltham, MA 02452, (“Interleukin”), and Renaissance Health Service Corporation, and on behalf of its affiliates, with its principal place of business at 4100 Okemos Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864, (collectively, “RHSC”). Interleukin and RHSC may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
