This Subscription License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the purchasing legal entity identified in the Order Form (the “Customer”) and LEAPWORK LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having its registered office at 1390 Market Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, a CA94102. The Agreement shall apply to the licensing of the Software (as defined below) and the Services to the Customer as set forth on the applicable Order Form, including all user manuals, technical manuals, and any other materials provided by Leapwork in printed, electronic, or other form, that describe the Software or its use or specifications (the “Documentation”).

The Agreement shall apply to the licensing of the Software (as defined below) and the Services to the Customer as set forth on the applicable Order Form, including all user manuals, technical manuals, and any other materials provided by Leapwork in printed, electronic, or other form, that describe the Software or its use or specifications (the “Documentation”).
