This Non-Exclusive Premium License License Agreement (the “Agreement”), having been made on and effective as of the “Effective Date” by and between Tamás Kovács p/k/a JAC beats (the “Producer” or “Li- censor”); and Licensee residing at [N/A] (“You” or “Licensee”), sets forth the terms and conditions of the Licensee’s use, and the rights granted in, the Producer’s instrumental music file entitled Sample Track Tit- le (the “Beat”) in consideration for Licensee’s payment of $60 (the “License Fee”), on a so-called “Premi- um License” basis.

Licensor warrants that it controls the mechanical rights in and to the copyrighted musical work entitled „The Beat Title“ (Contract Preview Only) ("Beat") as of and prior to the date first written above. The Beat, including the music thereof, was composed by Tom Hildebrandt, who is professionally known as XarBeats.
