This Preorder / Reservation Agreement (these “Terms” or “Agreement”) governs the placing of a preorder / reservation (“Preorder”) with Tampa Deep Sea Xplorers, Inc (“TDSX” or “we” or “us”) for a Barracuda AUV (“Vehicle”).
