This Prepaid Card Marketing and Technology Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of July 11, 2016 (“Effective Date”), and is by and between Central Bank of Kansas City, a Missouri-chartered bank (“CBKC”), and Cachet Financial Solutions, Incorporated, a Minnesota corporation (“Marketer”).
