This Compass Mining Prepaid Credits Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of Prepaid Credits (as defined below) and is an agreement between Compass Mining Inc. (“Compass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer identified on your ordering documentation (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). This Agreement takes effect when you submit your initial order and Compass may change and amend this Agreement at any time, with the most current version being maintained at https://compassmining.io/prepaidcredits-agreement.
