This Agreement, including the “Important Information on Using Your Card,” sets out the terms of use for Visa‡ prepaid cards (the “Card”). Your Card is issued by Royal Bank of Canada. This Agreement replaces all previous RBC Royal Bank Prepaid Card Agreements for Cards that were purchased in an RBC Royal Bank branch. When this Agreement refers to “purchaser,” it means the person who purchased the Card, or any person who receives the Card but does not sign, register or use the Card. When this Agreement refers to “you” or “your,” it means the person who signs, registers or uses the Card, including the person who purchased the Card if such person signs, registers or uses the Card. When this Agreement refers to “we,” “our” or “us,” it means Royal Bank of Canada. This Agreement explains your rights and duties. The signing, registration or use of a Card by you means that you have received and read this Agreement and agree to and accept all of its terms.

Account The electronic money account associated with your Card. Agreement These terms and conditions relating to the use of your Card(s) as amended from time to time. Available Balance The value of unspent funds loaded onto your Account and available to use. Business Day Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CET, excluding bank and public holidays in Gibraltar. Card The prepaid card issued to you to be used in accordance withthis agreement. Cardholder The Purchaser of the Gift Card and all subsequent holders of the Gift Card.
