I, , am purchasing the right to inurn cremated remains in a Columbarium niche in the St. Joseph Catholic Church Columbarium (hereinafter "Columbarium") located in Starkville, MS. I understand that in purchasing this niche, I am purchasing a right to store cremated ashes in the location, to be selected below, and that I have no property rights whatsoever in the Columbarium. I am purchasing a right of inurnment for the deceased of my choosing consistent with the eligibility requirements in Section III of the "Rules, Policies and Regulations Governing the Columbarium of St. Joseph Catholic Church," provided such inurnment is approved by the Columbarium Committee of St. Joseph Catholic Church, and that I will have no property rights whatsoever in the Columbarium. The Columbarium is and will always remain the sole property of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Starkville, Mississippi. I understand that the Columbarium is currently in existence.
