This Pricefx End User License Agreement (this “EULA”) is an agreement between you, the end user (“Authorized User” or “you” or “your”), and the Pricefx entities referred to in the paragraph immediately below (“Pricefx” or “we” or “us”), as applicable. Each of Pricefx and you may be referred to in this EULA individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
