A settlement between the Secretary for Education and the NZEI Te Riu Roa is subject to agreement and ratification by NZEI Te Riu Roa members pursuant to section 51 of the Employment Relations Act 2000. This offer should be read alongside the Terms of Settlement which also form part of this offer.
