The parties to the Primary Teachers’ Collective Agreement 26 November 2010-15 August 2012 agree to the following variation. The parties agree that the following provisions shall apply to the 2012 Amalgamation of the Supplementary Learning Support (SLS) and Resource Teacher: Learning and Behaviour services (the Amalgamation) and shall apply from 10 August 2012 until the end of the 2012 school year.

The SLS surplus staffing report form is to be used by primary schools to identify the surplus staffing options chosen by holders of permanent Supplementary Learning Support (SLS) positions. The SLS surplus staffing report forms are to be completed to show which option the teacher/s have chosen.
