This Principal Agreement (“Contract”) is intended to address and contain all of the terms, parameters, guidelines, and expectations that must be met by any provider of services to any and all children under the care and responsibility of Dinwiddie County Department of Children’s Services. In order for this Contract to be valid and enforceable, it must be signed by the County Administrator, and by an authorized agent of New Directions Solutions, LLC dba ProCare Therapy.
