The following principles will support future agreements or business plans between ETANA.org, a cooperative, not-for-profit electronic publishing project between multiple institutes, libraries, museums and professional societies with common interests in ancient Near Eastern studies (“ETANA”), and Stony Brook University, referred to jointly as the “Parties”. Acceptance of these principles is meant as a good faith effort to establish the groundwork for cooperation and participation in current and future projects..
