This Privacy and Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) between Appodeal, Inc. with offices at 611 Mission Street, 7th Floor San Francisco CA, 94105 (“Appodeal”) and ________________________________________________with offices at __________________________________________ (“Company”) amends the agreement entered into between the Company and Appodeal on the_______________(“Agreement”) for the selling and/or purchasing of advertising inventory and serving of advertisements to Individuals as more fully described in the Agreement and any attachments (“Service”). This Addendum is effective as of the Agreement Effective Date.
