The deposit you make to hold your event date and time is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you request to cancel your event NO REFUND of your deposit will be granted. There will be no exceptions to this rule (ex: family illness including COVID, pregnancy, birth, death in family, weather, etc.). Please understand when you book your event date and time it prevents another patron from booking that date and time. If you change the date and time, it means our business loses that revenue for that time slot from another patron having their event at BubblePOP.

This Private Event Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of , 202 , (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered by and between Take in Baja & The Grape Underground LLC (the “Company”), and (the “Client”) for purposes of a private event as described hereunder (the “Event”). The Company and Client may be referred to hereinafter individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements between the Company and Client, unless otherwise included by reference herein.
