Lessons: Private lessons are a crucial part of a young horn players development. The one-on-one environment offers individual support and instruction that is not possible during a regular band rehearsal. The lessons will focus on the physical aspects of playing the instrument as well as cover the foundations of music.

• Tuition for lessons is $200/month for four 1-hour lessons or $150/month for four 30-minute lessons. Monthly subscriptions begin in the first week and expire at the end of the calendar month. Discounts are available for longer subscription periods. A la carte lessons are $125/1.5 hr lesson, $75/hr, or $50/30- minutes. There is an additional $50/month fee for travel when the distance is greater than 10 miles. Prices quoted include the cash payment discount.

This agreement is between the Instructor and the Parent. Its purpose is to clarify expectations and policies that relate to providing private lessons. All Instructors serve as independent contractors and are NOT employees of the Academy. The Wesleyan Christian Academy Studio Director is responsible for the daily operation of the Studio Lessons. Questions regarding the policies should be directed to the Instructor and/or Studio Director.
