In working with our Drain Commissioner’s Office, the Municipal Building South site will require a private maintenance agreement for stormwater management. Stormwater management on the site will remain private and require preventive and routine maintenance. This agreement formally acknowledges this maintenance responsibility by the Township and satisfies the Drain Commissioner’s Office MS4 permit requirements for stormwater management. I would recommend entering into a private maintenance agreement for stormwater management with the Clinton County Drain Commissioner’s Office.
