This Pro Design Live Addendum (the “Addendum”) is an agreement between Newfold Digital, Inc., andPro Design Live Addendum • April 5th, 2023
its subsidiaries, affiliates and brands (“Newfold”) and you (“Subscriber”) which applies to your purchase and use of the Pro Design Live service. The parties understand, acknowledge, and agree that this Addendum is in addition to the terms and conditions contained in the applicable Newfold Terms of Service (the “TOS”) incorporated herein by reference. In the event that there is a conflict between the terms of this Addendum and the TOS, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated in the TOS.
