You are being entrusted with an East Tennessee State University Procard. The Procard is provided to you based on your need to make purchases on behalf of the University. It is not an entitlement nor reflection of title or position. The University shall have the right to cancel my Procard at any time for failure to follow Procard policy or at the request of the proper authority. Your signature below indicates that you have read and will comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Introduction: The University of Alaska (UA) has entered into an agreement with JP Morgan Chase (Bank) to provide qualified employees with a purchasing card (ProCard). The ProCard shall be used to purchase authorized goods and services costing less than $5,000 (including shipping and handling) or the limit established for your card, whichever is less.
